Antique hand-forged metal ashtray featuring a vulture-like bird hovering over two men in the process of lighting and smoking a very long pipe.
We’ve found this ashtray in brass and another in copper. There is no mark as to it’s country of origin. This means it dates to before WWII at least. They were probably made in the early 20th century, could be older.
Has three long, fat and level rests, large enough for cigars. Weighs just over 1 lb. Measures 7″ long and 5″ wide.
