Thick, luscious blue ashtray hand-formed by Viking Art Glass, circa 1950s to 1960s.
We have not found a documented part no. for this ashtray. It matches Viking’s oval #1110 (appeared in 1962 catalog), BUT it has a stylized multi-foot base. It is an variance made during the hand forming process. Measures 8.5″ long, 4 7/8″ wide and 1.25″ tall. Weighs 2 lbs. Cigar shown is 5″.
Glass is free of inclusions, quality glass. Color lightens and darkens with the thickness of the glass. Beautiful.
