Pipes of the past on a stash jar with pipe rests.
Retro vintage jar was made to hold tobacco and rest 4 pipes on its lid. Probably made in the 1950s by the late great Hazel Atlas glass company. Hazel Atlas was a prolific American everyday glass maker that closed its doors sometime in the 1960s.
Decorated with vintage and antique pipes; hookah, corn cob, peace pipe, middle Eastern, gas can pipe (?) and more. Made of thick opaque white glass known as milk glass. Blown into mold, no seams. The lid is of a hard, thick brown plastic type material. The top of the lid has four indentions styled to rests pipes from the base of the pipe bowls. The decor is in a brownish red transfer of very good quality. Big jar will hold a lot of stash. Measures 6.25″ tall, 5″ wide, with a girth of 15″.
