American Eagle decor on a massive cigar ashtray.
Vintage cigar ashtray weighs 6 lbs. Measures 10″ wide, 2″ deep. Big enough for parties, patios and big fat cigar smoking Senators.
Heavy vintage glass cigar ashtray made in the 1940’s-1950’s by Tiara Glass (US). The glass has straw marks on the bottom caused by an old-fashioned method of cooling. Measures 10″ wide, 2″ deep.
The beautiful dark amber color virtually glows with the varying thickness of the glass. The seat is embossed with an eagle and stars, pressed deeply into glass from the backside. Inner surface is smooth and slightly raised from the deep intaglio on the seat. The smooth slightly raised bumps on well surface assist in rolling ash and tapping.
In excellent condition. Hand finished, no seams, quality vintage glass.
