Big deep jonquil yellow glass ashtray nested in a turned wood felt-bottom tray.
Perfect for the meeting room or party table. The felt on the base allows for easy sliding and prevents damage to the table surface. Has four cigar-size rests that accommodate smaller smokes too. Made in the 1940s – 1950s. In very good condition. The glass is perfect.
The wood is lightweight and has a dark natural color. It is stained in a reddish oak. The felt base covering has shrunk a bit with age but is still intact. Measures 10″ round, 2.25″ deep. Weighs 3.25 lbs.
