Beautiful glowing amber Viking Art Glass cigar ashtray introduced in 1967. Production continued through the mid 1970s.
Original Viking catalog from #6724. Made of thick molded glass in a pattern called “Diamond”. No seams. High quality.
Wide V rests and deep bowl accommodates the largest of cigars, and all other size smokes.
Heavy and sturdy, great for patios and parties. Weighs 3.5 pounds, measures 8.5 inches wide, 2.25 inches tall. Large and wide V-rests accommodate the fattest and longest of cigars. Cigar shown is 5½ inches long.
Although it is at least 50 years old, it is in very good condition with naturally occurring bottom wear caused by surface contact over the years. Hand-made in mid-20th century America.
