Big mouth personal size fish ashtray set of four in original box dated 1960.
Novelty ashtray set of four different fish with metal smoke rests in their mouths. Small size, easy to carry around. All cute. Measure approx. 4″ long and 2″ tall, sizes vary slightly. Signed and dated on base,
There are no chips or cracks and they appear to be unused, but the brown glaze has some misses caused by rubbing in the box, and it looks like some maker’s misses too where area’s of the glaze are missing. These spots are small and could be covered easily with brown felt pen. The ball shape fish on far right in images 1 & 3 below is in original condition with good glaze. The whale has the largest glaze miss and you can see it in image 3.
