Vintage Swedish Modern ruby and crystal encased ashtray.
Beautiful, rich glass from the mid-century years. Two large rests accommodate cigars. Pattern is called “Bullseye”.
Hand blown and tooled. Inner layer is ruby red, outer layer is crystal clear. Polished flat ring base. Made during the Scandinavian/Swedish/Danish modern craze of the 1950s to late 1960s. Maker unknown. Probably made in Sweden.
Thick quality glass, weighs 1.5 lbs. Measures 3.25″ tall, 4.5″ at widest.
