Ashtray Swedish crystal made by Skruf in the Mid-20th Century.
Excellent and impressive ashtray. The glass has a very slight hint of blue, like the very cold ice in the arctic.
Measures 7½” round, 1½” tall, weighs 3.6 pounds. Hefty ashtray with room for all your friends and whatever they’re smoking!
Quality design and craftsmanship. Thick premium quality leaded glass. Features four large rests for the big smokes and a ragged ridge that can accommodate small smokes and incense sticks.
Circa 1960’s to 1970’s. Made by “Skruf”, a Swedish glass maker. Skruf was founded in 1897. The glass works was destroyed by fire in 1946. It re-opened and was briefly a member of the Kosta Boda group until it closed the Skruf glass works in 1980.
