Hand-decorated with real gold enamel in a pattern called Gold Tweed. It is a well-designed and well-made mid-century modern smoking accessory for all types of smokers.
This exceptional retro ashtray & stash box is large enough for the whole crowd. Measures 10¼” long, 6½” wide and 2″ tall. Weighs 3 lbs.
Haeger made art pottery in the United States for 145 years. The company struggled to remain in business as 21st Century mass-produced imported ceramics flooded the market. Haeger Potteries finally ceased production forever in 2016, the last survivor of American-made ceramic companies.
Signed and numbered on the base. In excellent condition.
