This outstanding parlor ashtray from the Arts and Crafts era is made of solid brass with hand-worked cut-out decor. The decor features an array of styles typical of the Arts and Crafts era which lasted only for a short period between the Art Nouveau and Art Deco eras.
Hand-machined brass fittings. Breaks down to three pieces. Maker and region unknown. Antique brass is rarely marked by the maker.
Stands 23.5″ tall. Perfect beside your favorite smoking chair. curved in rim on deep ashtray bowl helps keep the mess in, great for cigars too.
