Mid-Century Modern High Design Vintage Glass Ashtray by Adolph Matura

Quality, decor and function come together in this well-designed mid-century modern ashtray from the former Czechoslovakia. Beautiful jewel-like deep blue glass.

Perfect ashtray in form and function. By the infamous designer Adolph Matura for Rosice Sklo Union, part no. 983. Easy rest access from any direction. Ten wide cradle rests encircle the rim and securely hold the smoke well above the deep bowl ash receiver. Will accommodate cigars, cigarettes and smaller. Doubles as a candle-holder.

Weighs just under 1 lb. Hefty quality vintage glass. Measures 5 .5″ round, 2″ tall. Circa 1960 – 1970. In like-new condition.
