Stunning cigar bowl in heavy vintage Bluenique crackle glass.
This regal cigar bowl was made in the 1950’s-1960’s by Viking Art Glass. The color is Viking’s famous “Bluenique”, a stunning rich blue.
Formed by hand and tool, then dipped in cool water to achieve the fine crackle. It has a polished bottom-rim (see image 4). Glass is perfect and clean. Big cigar bowl measures 7.5″ wide and 2.75″ tall, weighs 3 lbs.
This ashtray form is exceptional for cigar aficionados. The rests are wide and flat, the size is large but not too large, and it is deep enough for efficient and tidy cigar service. It’s also a fabulous eye-catcher.
Retro Swedish-Modern styling. Lovely centerpiece item, great candle holder (always remove metal parts on candle before using in vintage glass).
