Rare vintage designer Radaelli aluminum smoke set includes pop-up smoke dispenser, flip-top ashtray, working lighter, and candle holder.
Made in mid-20th century Italy by Radaelli.Discovered in the original extremely worn box, which has disintegrated. The unused items inside suffered the years of storage only slightly. They are in nearly new condition. Circa 1960’s-1970’s.
The highly designed smoke dispenser holds 15 cigarette or smaller size smokes. Push the button on the lid to reveal the clear acrylic holders. Push down to close. Measures 5.5″ tall. Must look closely to see 1 shallow dent and a couple minor scracthes.
The working lighter still produces a healthy spark from the unused flint. Lighter ‘Gas’ not included. Label on lighter mechanism reads: “Imposia D; Fabricazione Apparecchi Di Accensione”. Stands 4.5″ tall. No signs of wear.
The flip top ashtray has a hidden ash well, and the debris is protected from spilling and the wind. No signs of wear. Measures 5″ round and 2.25″ tall.
The nifty candle holder has a spike to insert a candle. The base is filled with sand to keep it steady. Weighs 1 lb. Candle plate is 4″ wide. Has one small dent as shown in images.
