This awesome cigar bowl was made in the 1950s – 1960s by Viking Art Glass, a popular West Virginia studio glass maker of the time.
The color is chestnut, a deep rich brown that sparkles due to the crackle. The color is very hard to find today. It was hand-formed, then dipped in cool water to achieve the fine crackle.
Big – Measures 7.5″ wide and 2.75″ tall, weighs 3 lbs. The rests are fat and made for cigars, but great for cigs or incense.
This ashtray form is exceptional for cigar aficionados. The rests are wide and flat, the size is large but not too large, and it is deep enough for efficient and tidy cigar service.
