Fiery 1950s freeform glass ash bowl.
Retro modernist art glass in flame tones makes the perfect receptacle for your ashes. Made of thick glass, hand-formed, with folded rims and pattern on the base. The seat (base) is polished flat.
No artist or makers mark. Probably Murano glass (Italy). Could be of Scandinavian origin. Or may have been made by Tiffin, an American glass company. Made in the 1940s-1950s.
Measures 6.5″ wide, 2.75″ tall. Weighs 2.5 lbs. Superb ashtray keeps the mess in with a deep bowl and inward curved rims.
