Description
Blast from the past, awesome ashtray signed by the artist.
The Seattle World’s Fair 1962 displayed the jet set modernism of the day, aptly represented by Seattle’s ultra-modern Needle skyscraper. This fine porcelain ashtray is bone white with real gold trim and sky blue and black decor. The enamel artwork was done by Gilleta West, signed in miniature on the decor just below the building on the far right. The maker’s mark “Giletta Art Studio, Roseburg, Oregon” on the base.
Fun and interesting ashtray for parties. Was made to be wall decor also, with 2 holes on the raised base for hanging.
Measures 5.5″ at widest, 1″ deep.
