Description
Retro glass ashtray with room for a crowd.
Blue Opaline vintage glass ashtray by Imperial Glass/Lenox made in the early 1980s. Beautiful color glitters with hues of opal blues and purple in bright light.
Deep intaglio decor of a flying goose or duck with a star-burst like pattern on the ledge and 16 diagonal rests. The slant of the rest allows for multiple smokes to sit without bumping into each other. Nice design. Fits cigarettes or smaller, good for incense sticks too. Pressed into the seat is the early 1980s Imperial ALIG mark shown and described below the images. Measures 7½ round, 1.25″ tall. Weighs just over 2 lbs. In perfect like-new condition. Great for parties and patios. Another ashtray in this pattern in Golden Amber glass is available. Click on image 4 to view.
