Retro vintage tri-corner Viking Art Glass cigar ashtray.
Handsome dark smoked moss glass cigar ashtray made in the late 1950’s. Thick, smooth, beautiful vintage glass cigar ashtray in an earthy, decor friendly, dark smoked green. Scarce item in this color.
Viking Art Glass original part no. 1099. Deep bowl with 3 level cradle cigar size rests. The large 6″ cigar is shown helps show the ample size of this ashtray. Makes a beautiful candle dish or catch-all when not in ash service.
Tri-corner with ½” wide deep and level cradle rests. The form design is perfect for cigar connoisseurs. Cigars rest level, well above the ash surface, and comfortably accommodates three cigars.
In very good condition with some light use scratches that can be seen when held to light. Bottom-wear (tiny scratches forming a ring around the base (bottom) of the ashtray caused by approx. 60 years of surface contact), is present as expected.
Large, weighs 3½ lbs. Measures 7″ long on 3 sides. 2″ tall.
