Elegant Japanese “lucky” mums on very light blue porcelain.
In excellent condition with original label. Made and hand painted in Japan during the 1950s. Imported and sold by Gump’s of San Francisco.
Mums are considered “lucky” in Japan. The decor is outlined in real gold, accented in white enamel. This is a gorgeous ashtray, also fit for a jewelry catch. Measures 9.25″ wide, 1.25″ deep.
