Vintage retro glass ashtray made by Imperial Glass, USA, circa 1960’s – 1970’s.
Retro cigar ashtray by Imperial Glass, made in the U.S.A. Beautiful slag glass ashtray in shades of dark blues with swirls of cream. Sounds delicious!
Large glass cigar ashtray sports four long cradle rests over an ample bowl to balance cigars or smaller smokes. Measures 6½ x 7¾, 1½” tall” square, 1.75″ tall, and weighs 2¼ lbs. Cigar shown is a 5½” long fatty.
The Imperial slag glass ashtray was made in the days when ashtrays were works of art. Handmade…no two are exactly the same shape or color. Eye-catching decor and quality made vintage glass.
Image 6 is of the original Imperial Glass label for its slag glass ashtray line. It tells an interesting story about these fascinating ashtrays. This ashtray does not have the label.
Hand-finished rim and rests. Heavy, thick-walled glass is sturdy and cleans-up easily.
